I noticed that my posture had my slumping and slouching. So i started wearing a gurdle partly to hide da fat but realized it was helping my posture. I was standing better and longer. I didnt have back problems anymore. And by good posture my girls were up and out. LOOKS everywhere i went. So thanks to the gurdle that hides my fat and supported my back…
I got my recent tattoo on the anniversary of my grandfather’s death. RIP grams and gramps.
Well worth it, write it all down, allows you to see what you have accomplished through out the day or not. Let’s yiu see what yu still have left or nt. A great reminder especially if you write evrything down…Kind of like a diary.

I was born in raised in California and I am ready for a change and move. I want to explore the big world that is out there and get out of my comfort zone. Ever since I can recall I have found it difficult to communicate on ALL levels. At this point in my life I want to be able to say what I am thinking without the fear of rejection, being shot down, and just feeling like a small peck of nothing. I want to beable to share my feelings out loud! I have come along way yet I know I have a long way to go. I keep to myself in many ways because of the fear of rejection. I want to beable to get passed this and move on….
