I think I can mark this one off, and I’m so proud!
For the entire month, I’ve been waking up at 6 every morning to do 30 mins of core workouts and an hour of swimming before school, and doing an hour of cross country running every day after! I couldn’t do it by myself, and my team mates and friends are what keeps me from skipping a day or backing out. Sometimes it’s so tempting to turn off the alarm and just go back to sleep, but if I skip a day of swim I know I’ll feel soo bad after, and once I’m actually out of bed it’s not so bad at all. I hope everyone can feel as good as I do now, and that I continue to stay fit and healthy!

How I did it
How I did it: 3 miles seems like SUCH a long distance to run, but I thought it went by so quickly! The hardest part is when you just begin running (because my legs felt like they just weren't going to cooperate!) and at the end. The part where every cell in your body is telling you to stop is when it's most important to keep going! Read how I did it…

Yoga has always interested me, and I find it so relaxing and sometimes challenging, which just makes me love it more! Plus I am flexible, and want to continue developing that. This is gonna be great!
