I am going to count this as done, after all it has been 1 and a half months since my last drag, and I have even stopped having cravings.
However, the moment I take so much as a drag from somebody elses ciggarette then I will re-open the goal. Hopefully this will never happen =)
I rang up today and have booked myself an induction for Tuesday evening. I’m only getting a cheap, one-month, pay as you go membership which works out that after 10 visits will pay for itself. This means that I can see over the summer holidays if this is worth the money, and then decide if I am going to extend my membership once it runs out.
