my dad is a tai chi instrctor, so i guess i’ve always had the luxury of thinking that i can start anytime. but with college impending, i will be moving away soon. and i have recently realize/regret how much i want to learn this and not starting sooner.
i think this is by far one of the best excercise, mentally and physically. unlike yoga, most of the forms are doable and when emergency calls, it is a form of self denfense and fighting tool. although its not promoted as such. tai chi is mainly about understanding yourself, and finding yourself with your environment, and move your body and mind along with it.
hahhaa, i really sound like i’m advertising this, but i guess anyone who’s reading this page is already interested so.

right now, i really want to learn korean since i have been watching so many korean dramas lately. i find korean culture to be a fascinating one so it would be cool to learn it.
but my lifelong goal is actually to be able to speak cantonese, korean, and spanish(hopfully) fluently. and if i am lucky and have enough time, i would also like to learn french and italian.
