This was the hardest and funnest job I have ever had. You don’t get paid very much, but considering at my camp I got free room and food it was really not bad. I won’t go back next year to complete my schooling, but it was very rewarding. The only warning I would say is that depending on the camp, counselors tend to create their own small society with gossip and do irresponsible things on days off—however you don’t have to engage in that if you don’t want too, like me. I would totally recommend doing this.

I love this instrument it has such a unique and beautiful sound. I initially started playing because all of my friends either played the violin or piano. Still play to this day!
