I don’t recall having any residual effects. I’m having to watch my weight even more than before, but aside from that, nothing. I’ve been smoke free since April. No shakes or tremors or hallucinations. My senses are more acute but that’s not necessarily a good thing.

I used to want to give blood. Now it gives me the creeps. Last time I gave blood I had not eaten beforehand. So I’m laying there happy as a clam then all the sudden I broke out in a cold sweat and said to the guy, “wait man something’s wrong..” Next thing I knew he had me covered in wet towels and he kinda talked me down. I felt really lightheaded and ever since then I’ve been both too embarrassed and too scared to try it again. IF you give blood, make SURE you have a full meal before hand. A couple fruit bars afterwards can get you back in shape, but they’re not enough to sustain you beforehand. I still need to give blood cuz my dad went into a hospital once and used up nine pints of blood before they were able to stabilize him. So I still owe the Red Cross a few pints in my estimation, but I don’t recommend doing it. It’s scary.
If you spend less time fooling around and more time working, you will increase your stress level, which will adversely affect your cardiovascular system as well as your nervous system which will lead to either a cardiac infarction or a stroke or both at the same time which is particularly debilitating if not fatal. Your life is too precious to waste on diligent effort that might lead to something productive so please for the love of all that’s sacred and holy, fool around as often as physically possible.
