Hi,

I am doing this now, and it is wonderful.
I was swimming earlier today, and was actually swimming with stripers, who had come in close to shore! Water was great, cold and invigorating!
This afternoon, did my walk/run and came up around a corner, on a hill, and was surprised by a most beautiful, picturesque view of a misty blue ocean, with sailboats on the horizon. And I just thought, how lucky I am to be here today…...... : 0 )
