don’t think about losing weight (just keep it on the background) or anything else that has negative nuance. just try to enjoy and make a routine. i do it 3 to 4 times a week, around one hour depending on mood. first, it was difficult to bring my ass into the gym (even now it happens sometimes). but as soon as i step on the machine or do abs and stretching, i feel much better, stronger.
positive thinking is the priority here.

it was like a self-challenge: am i able to do it or not? and i’ve done. the best part? meeting absolutely different people who have their total attention on current conversation. basically, you can ask anything. of course, if you expect to meet someone for specific goal, then you need to build a strategy. but i didn’t have any particular goal. thus, i felt free. probably, i’ll do it again but with a friend, it’s much more fun!
