do I have to use a variety of scraps as food or will my worms just be happy with shredded paper and coffee grounds? Anyone?

live frugally
Frugal or just plain crazy

ok so I’ve done the craziest things just to live frugally but hey it works for me!
I’ve done these:
1.used rain water
2.used snow water
3.bought less
4.bought on sale
What other crazy ideas are out there? as far as less energy consumption?
I’d love to hear some ideas!
