How I did it: Use Twitter, and use your real name - your page should get higher rankings in Google searches for your name, what with all the tweets linking back to you. It might take a while for there to be enough tweets from/towards you (took about a year for me), but it should definitely improve your page rank. Read how I did it…

How I did it: So "being confident" is some weird hybrid between just faking it and actually feeling it deep within. Do I always feel confident? No, I'm often ridiculously nervous. But acting nervous gets me nowhere. So I act confident, I convince myself that I have the potential to succeed, and by "tricking" myself into thinking that I can do it, I thus enable myself to actually do it.You can't just wallow in feeling un-confident. Next year, I’m going to have to figure this out, with credit history, etc. all needing to be transferred over to the US.

It sounds redundant but I know it’s going to be something of a hassle, so I’m psyching myself up for it already.

Gain healthy weight 13 months ago

I need to build muscle mass, I’m unhealthily underweight. Ya ya, I know – most people need to lose weight, but it’s as hard for me to gain it as it is for most people to lose it.

My strategy will be two-fold: diet and exercise. I’m going to try eating more, but moreover having more protein in my diet. Combine this with exercise, specifically weight-training exercise that should build muscles, and hopefully I’ll see positive results over the next few months.
