it looks better. is it the yoga? the tea-tree oil soap? (desert essences), or maybe something else? not sure. i’ll keep my eye on it.
not sure, but i think it makes me feel really out of control. i’ve noticed that i get more tired during the day when i have coffee in the morning.
so, i’m going to quit it for at least a month or so and see if my energy comes up.
to have energy:
no caffeine
yoga 6x week
eat when hungry, stop when not.
