I’m very glad that I managed to perform a very good presentation today. I gave a presentation to a handful of “important” people. I admit I was a bit nervous before the presentation started but it wasn’t that bad as I used to experience in previous occasions. Two things made my public speaking today successful -> Deep breathing and positive thinking. That’s all! It worked! Deep breathing avoids me from having uncontrolled heartbeat.. and positive thinking reduces my stress so I didn’t tremble while giving the presentation. And another thing: always know how to START it… because once you start good… the rest will just flow.
