My collection has grown to 26 since the last I updated with two more on the way. I got Ciel and Sebastian (nendo) together (I had a Sebas but, it was a fake…stupid naive me…) and I got Dead Master Figma and Lupin Revoltech. I’m waiting for Saber nendo to come in the mail and I have to pay for Jigen Revoltech. I know it’s not the best thing to be focusing on considering my financial state but, I’m really not going over board and I have canceled several orders to make sure I don’t over spend. It will be a long time until I finish this goal but, it really doesn’t concern me. It’s just for fun, anyways :)

I got a job on the weekends at my old job but, it won’t last. It will be over by Christmas. I have to be the talking Rudolph (I was the talking pumpkin and apparently got good reviews so, they called me back for Rudolph). It is ok for now but, since I know it isn’t permanent and that I will need to begin my search once more after this is over, I will not consider this goal complete. sigh

Judging by the state of my room right now, no. Never. HOPELESS! I’m hopeless! How do people do it??

Getting lovely emails from my friends. I was concerned with one of my penpals. He hadn’t written in a while. So, I asked if he was alright. Thank goodness he is (he is quite old so, I had reason to worry!). I got several other really nice and great to read messages today. I don’t know what it is about strangers on the internet but, they never fail to make me incredibly happy!

1)Returning. For real this time. I promise, I will keep up with this. I won’t give up again!
2)Getting accepted into a new lab group. My partner was absent today for my physics lab and I was afraid that I might have trouble finding a new group but, I was welcomed right away by the two people who sit behind me. It took us a long time to get through the lab but, we worked fine together and got it done eventually so, I really can’t complain! But, I will be glad to have my partner back next week!
3)Seeing Pat! He’s such a silly and foolish man. He always tells me he might visit and rarely does and then wonders why I get so angry at him. He gets my hopes up and shatters them; who wouldn’t be upset?? But, even though it was late, he followed up on his word and came to visit me. I know I shouldn’t but I just love him so much when he does that :) I was happy to see him and we had a nice visit. I wish he would never have to leave.

So, I finally got the money my dad had been saving for me for my high school graduation gift a coupe weeks ago and I put it in a savings account and HAVE NOT touched it! I got a job on weekends (which works with my busy school schedule) so, I use that money only and leave the money in my savings alone in addition to adding a portion of my paycheck to the savings. Of course, I will need to use this money for a car eventually but, for now, I think I’m on the right track! I’m very happy!

People who notice! It has been well over a month now since I’ve updated any of my goals. I was going really strongly and updating every day but, this semester was beginning to kick my butt and I fell behind and thought I’d give up (for a second time) on 43things. But, to my surprise, I got a message from purple_girl saying she noticed that I hadn’t been on. Not that I come on this site simply to be noticed but, it definitely inspired me to come back knowing that someone cared enough to drop me a line. Thank you, purple_girl! I’ll try my best to keep up with my 43 things!

Having time to write. Since I got myself into those whole fanfiction thing, I’ve aquired some fans and so, I really like writing and posting the chapters to see what they have to say. All of them are very nice and seem interested in the story thus far so, I really enjoy writing for them! It’s hard during school to find time to write whenever I feel like it but, when I can squeeze it in, it’s a lot of fun.

1)Fast day. Today went by fast. It was a good thing! If the days go by faster then the weeks go by faster and then this semester gets done faster! Haha! Seriously! I just can’t wait until it’s over! But, this day was fast during the day but slow in the night, just the way I like it! Feels like I have so much more time to myself (even though I don’t!).
2)Seeing my friend in the afternoon. This afternoon, my friend gave me a ring and came over while I had a break from classes. I had to watch my bro and sis so, she did that with me. And then I went out and ran some errands with her for a couple hours, got some lunch, caught up. It was nice. I normally don’t get the chance to do that on my break in the middle of the day so, it was very nice for a change.
3)Doing my rewrites. My English class is being a real pain in the butt. The workload is entirely too much. I am kind of behind (like most of the class is) and, I have a bunch of rewrites to do. Thankfully the teacher is lenient on when we get things in to her but I’m still glad I got it all done. Now to start on the other papers I owe…ugh…this teacher is so disorganized…

Funny old people. I was at Wendy’s with my friend today for lunch when this little old man comes up to the counter and asks for a refill. While he’s waiting, he starts talking about people and their strange eating habits. He went on and on about this girl who only eats chalk. It was so funny! He was so enthusiastic about it and it was so random. It brightened my day!

Nice people letting me copy their homework. Lol! I wasn’t in class last class for math so, I didn’t know what we had to do. I only figured it out today when one of my classmates told me. So, I contacted one of my friends and asked if he could meet me in the library so I could copy his and he let me :) He owes me anyways so, it worked out.

1)Returning. I haven’t been on here in over a week! I have been so busy juggling my life around that I’ve really had no time to update. So, instead of forcing myself to catch up on the days I missed, I’m just going to start fresh. Sorry for my absence!
2)Getting out of math class. What a dreaded class. He went fast this class so, we finished the lesson early and he let us loose. Thank goodness! I can’t bare to sit in that class for too long and I really was looking forward to going home so, I was super glad.
3)New thesaurus. I bought a new thesaurus yesterday and I love it so much! A million times better than my old one. I feel like I’ve already worn this new one out I’ve used it so much! It’s really lovely and I love to just flip through it even when I’m not looking for a synonym.

Pretzels and peanutbutter. What a heavenly combo! I made some toast tonight and put peanutbutter on it and then lined some pretzels on top. BEST TOAST EVER!

Getting my prject done early. I have a project due for Intro to Edu on Thursday and so I ended up doing it yesterday even though it took me a long time. I’m glad I did it because now I don’t have to worry about it. That’s very uncharacteristic of me…I tend to always wait until the last minute whether I like it or not. So, I am so super glad I just did it and got it over with.

1)Getting paid. So, one of my friends at school paid me $100 dollars to doa project for him. I didn’t think he was serious about the money at first even if I was serious about holding up my end of the bargain. But, when we got to class, he paid me half of it and said he’d pay me the rest next class. If he pays up, I guess we’ll see. But, either way, I really appreciate it. I am so stuck for money right now. I normally wouldn’t accept such a thing. But, my despiration tells me to put my morals aside, unfortunately.
2)Quiet North Haven library. I went there for an hour before I had to catch the bus back. I forgot how much I love that library more than the one in Long Wharf. It was so quiet, so few people, and I got my work done before the hour which gave me time to write something for fun, which I have been enjoying doing lately. It was worth the trip over.
3)Making a new friend in class. When I met up with my classmates back in Long Wharf before class, a new girl was in our “group”. She was very friendly and we were very similar. It was easy to talk to her. So, now I have +1 friend in math class, which is always great. It seems that talking to people is becoming much easier for me lately, which is a relief. I’m glad I cut the reclusive bullshit out.

Breaking up the day. The library at the Long Wharf campus is just…UGH! SO CROWDED ALL THE TIME! So, I decided just to take the shuttle to North Haven and spend an hour there and then come back 45 minutes before class. It worked out well since, by the time I returned to the Long Whard library, a group of my friends were sitting at a table and beckoned me over. Plus, I like taking rides so, I don’t mind riding the bus for a couple extra trips. It was a fun day (to me! OH SIMPLE PLEASURES!).

Talking to people in class. I have really lightened up and have allowed myself to talk more this semester than I did last two semesters. Maybe I’m in class with friendlier people this time around but, it’s nice all the same. We mostly just talk about classes and class work but, it’s still socializing in my book. I’m glad that I’ve finally loosened up even though I still feel a little awkward sometimes. When did I get to be like this??? I’ve never been shy!! But, maybe it’s because I’m alone…shrug But, I hardly care now that I’ve made some class friends. It’s nice!

1)Getting an 83 on my physics test! WOOHOO!!! I thought I did worse than that! And, considering a lot of the class did not pass, I definitely was excited to get this grade. Physics is such a pain for me but, I’m glad that all my hard work is paying off. Next time, I’m going to get an 100!!
2)Observing Buchas. This was my second Monday observing Mr. Buchas’ class. This time it was comparative politics and they were talking about Russia. It was SO Buchas! He loves Putin and he went on one of his Putin tangents that us old timers know and love. It was funny to see him like that, in his true form! HAHA! He’s so great to watch!
3)Getting my essays done by a reasonable hour. I had two essays do for the next morning (this morning lol) and I thought I would be up all night doing them but, I actually got through the quickly. I was relieved! I’m normally so distracted, it takes me a life time to write an essay so, I was impressed. Good stuff.

Fall weather! Finally! It is really cooling down here and it feels so nice. It’s been cloudy out lately but, I still think it’s nice weather anyways. Can’t wait for it to get even colder!

Having time to study Japanese. Since school has started, I have had such limited time to study. It has been really getting me down although I can remember most of the stuff I’ve already learned (which is good. At least I’m not losing it already! Lol) But, since I had nothing really to do yesterday, I had a lot of time to catch up and study some more. It was nice to be able to study what I wanted and not what I have to.
