‘They ’ are the height of knowledge, fame, and wisdom. Whenever ‘they’ say something, we automatically believe ‘them.’ Still don’t get what I’m saying? Consider the following phrase: “You know, it’s true what they say, [insert ANYTHING here].” That’s who I’m talking about. Them.

This book was, without a doubt, the worst collection of words I have ever had the misfortune to read. I was required to do so for my Senior English class, and I suffered through every minute of it, and I assure you it isn’t just because I /had/ to read it. Several of the books assigned to me were great reads, such as The Picture of Dorian Gray, Great Gatsby, and The Importance of Being Earnest. In fact, aside from turning it in, the only good that came out of reading that book was the amusement I got drawing a bunch of glowering grapes on the back of the test for the book. It absolutely astonishes me that the author of this also wrote a book as great as ‘Of Mice and Men.’
The best way to do this, in my opinion, is to start a webcomic. I am a webcomic fanatic, and there are more than sixteen that I follow regularly. It’s really interesting, though, when you find a new one with fantastic art on the most recent page, but terrible art on the first. It’s fun watching the person’s skill increase at each page. This is because if you put a weekly/daily/tri-weekly/etc… deadline for drawing, it will force you to practice more. Now all I need to do is ACTUALLY START the great comic idea I have.
