Except that I went back to Vichy’s Normaderm skincare. It worked, reduced my spots by a large amount, but it also made my skin very dry. I’ll give it another try. The less spots I have the less I get that feeling I have to pick them! I’m hoping the urge to pick will be less and this goal will be easier to accomplish then.

Last weekend me and ‘the guys’ had a lovely evening playing games. I invited them to celebrate my birthday. I usually don’t celebrate my birthday, but they kept on asking about it, so I figured I might as well transform one of our regular game nights to a birthday ‘party’. All said and done they decided to give me a gift, which was the game ‘Hippe Kippen’ (I don’t have any idea what it is called in English and if it even is available abroad). It is such a lovely gift! The game is really nice. You have to collect unique cards of different colours and make rows of them and you can collect points for the longest row, or unique rows. Others can interfere though by making longer rows, or making a row in the same colour, so it isn’t unique anymore. It sounds pretty stupid, but it really is a cool game! We had tons of fun with it.
It reminds me that I really should put more effort in having game nights with the guys. Playing games really is something I rarely do whit other people and to be hounest, I doubt if it would be as much fun as with the guys. When I worked on this goal, I put more effort in seeing my female friends more often. I guess it is because friendship with guys is more stable. When you don’t see them for a while they never ask why you didn’t contact them, or make a big deal about it. It is just ok. On the other hand, guys won’t contact you often as well (at least ‘my’ guys won’t ;)). So I can easily take them for granted, which I really shouldn’t. They’re my friends and deserve attention too! Besides they’re fun!
I’m going to Cologne in about a week and a half! I’ll be there only for two days, but still I’m really looking forward to it. It is a nice break from my internship, which is a lot of fun, but also pretty intensive and I’m tired a lot. So, I thought going away for the weekend would be a great idea.
I’ve never been to Cologne, only to it’s trainstation, but I hear it is a very nice city. Offcourse I’ll go to the zoo there, as I’ve seen they have hippo’s, my favourite animals. I don’t know what else I will do yet, but I’ll figure some things out this weekend.
