I’m really shy around people i don’t know that well, i can’t help it. i absolutly hate it! but i always find myself stuck on what to say, or i’ll say something but (me and my quiet voice) sometimes i feel like people don’t pay attention. anyways.. Any suggestions on what i can talk about with people i don’t know that well, like ice breakers or something? Or on any ways that can bring me out of my shell? please and thanks! -

How I did it: idk, i just don't like meat, i think its truly gross (no offense) anyways, i love animals and i want to make the world a better place to live in. one with less hate and my body has adapted to being a vegetarian and whenever i smell meat it grosses me out. lol and did you know that if everyone became a vegetarian then people would never go hungry no matter where they lived in the world? just something i found really interesting, so when yo… Read how I did it…
How I did it: i went on word and started to list the things i enjoy, stuff that truely makes me happy, and all of a sudden tons of stuff started to pop in my head. it deffinatly makes you look at the things that you have/the little things in life. instead of looking at the negative things in life you can focas on the positive things in life, which then makes your life better. =D Read how I did it…

rrrg.. my voice is so quiet, i hate it. i really want to change that! once i do i know i will be a happier person because i will be more confident in putting my opinion out there and people will actually hear my voice in loud rooms (aka lunch room, ect). and when i give speeches people from the back of the room could hear me clearly (the weird thing is i never get nervous talking infront of a bunch of people lol XD)any tips??
