1800 calories today. Damn. Still under 2000, but i really do need to cut it down if i want to shed those pounds by the time i go back to uni.

How I did it: Just ask around...eventually you'll get a job! My mum heard about a part time job as a warranty claims assistant! better pay than my supermarket job, there willing to be flexiable around my uni hours, the people i will be working with are great! 1500 ish calories. Not the 1200 I eventually want to eat consistantly but a step in the right direction. Thinking a mini one day fast tomorrow but not sure if I have that will power yet. Worried that if i try to push this i’ll end up binging and feeling bad about myself, again. Hmmm…maybe no fast just yet then
edit; Ate 1700 calories :( I wrote this before i ate diner and i intended to have something different. I started craving my fav green vegetarian curry and rice so I caved, damn that conviniantly located Thia resturant

Not great, but it’s a start. Going to aim for 1200 but not going to beat myself up if i dont quite get that low! I’ve decided to approach this with a more positive, lineant and forgiving outlook. No beating my sef up over slips! Maybe this time it will work?
