How I did it: I did it finally, but not on purpose. I woke up very ill, my stomach hurted a lot and I was poking all the time. Doctor said it was a common disease, but he ordered me not to eat in 24 hours. What a coincidence! Read how I did it…
How I did it: It happens something in my life, and the amounts of DVD that I have has decreased, so it was something easy to accomplished. But I saw them again, and they all are very good. Just seeing one every day makes this achievement easy to do. Read how I did it…
I’m fed up of starting things and leaving them as soon as I get lazy. I want to walk forward and it is not possible if I don’t get really serious and to something active to change my life. It seems very comfortable to be sitting all day, doing nothing and taking no risk, but that life I know it already, and I don’t like it. I don’t want to be stuck in there and be consumed.
So!!! Starting today!
I have done:
1. Moisturize —> I used my face lotion. I have a very bad skin in my faces, and although I am young, there are starting to appear wrinkles. So I took my lotion today in my face and I’ll try to do it again this night.
2. Take better care of my teeth—> Today I brushed my teeth. It’s incredible I have to make an effort to do something so usual, but in the chaos of my life, ages have passed since the last time I brushed my teeth.
3. Stop procrastinating—> I’m making a list of everything I have started and I gave up in the middle and planning to retake everything or just discart the things I’m not interested at anymore.
I can say I achieve this goal. I have been exploring and meeting new friends and knowing them to make sure they are the right ones (I’m too tired already of negative people in my life). Now I have a very nice group of friends to chat with and go out often. I’m very glad at this!
