Adjustment of time frame

I found myself to get online the first thing in the morning…so I will take 30 minutes off from my afternoon online time. The new one is from 1:30-3:00pm. Let’s see how it works.

Well, many of my goals are meant to last lifetime, but I think it is necessary to cheer myself on a weekly basis.
so, I guess from now on I would say this from time to time: “I’ve done it this week”, “I’ve done it this month”, “I’ve done it this year”.
I don’t know which time frame is better, let me try this first: 1-3 pm on the weekdays. None on the weekends.
