How I did it: I was taking business classes in order to obtain my mba and I hated every minute of it. More power to you if you can do it and even more if you enjoy it bu thats not for me. Anyway I took a class in ASL at my college over the summer as a fun class in an effort to not lose my mind with finance.I LOVED it. How I did it: Practice. I got it down in a day but there is always room for improvement. I used 10.5 in needles to start but then switched to 13 in because I like the "loose" style more and I find its much easier and goes by quicker.
