i hate having injections and i have a cervical cancer jab tomorrow because cevrical cancer runs through my family, my auntie died of it, so i am being forced to get it done

i am so scared i hate needles i hate seeing other people have injections and i definatly hate getting needles myself

i have been on my computor for like 3 hours trying to find ways to get over my phobia but i have found no sucsess

please if anyone has anyway of helping me please write to me
