How I did it: I have gradually identified people and things that depress my positive outlook on life... sometimes it turned out not to be the person but the situation, so I took time to make sure that i was still understanding and shared my time with the ones that mean a lot, but spent less time with, or didn't let myself be affeted by those that were not positive.. it was kind of hard to make those decisions... but one thing is for sure: when you move… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I needed to go through my records, clean them and make sure they are still in working order... I found a website online that listed many ways of taking care of your records... I used the hausehold method, which is diluted dishsoap... put a towel down on the floor not to scratch up the records... washed them with the dishsoap and a special brush that came with my record player... dried the records off, and tarted listening to them one by o… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I always overthink, and it was getting really tiring... and well... i guess in a way it was intruding on my everyday... there are a few things that I did to help myself along...
