I made my beef jerky at home using a simple 3 step process
1. Thin slice beef 1 lb (flank was best, roast was moast economical)
2. Marinade in 2/3 cup saunce, 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
3. Bake in convection oven at 180 for three hours
