Well, I never put enough time or effort into developing websites for local businesses so that was a failed effort.
My aviation art sales never really got off the ground.
Still working on writing screenplays, will try to sell them in the future.

A few variables (biggest being selling the Laguna house and buying another) still need to be completed, but the goal is within site.
I finally got a new computer and some decent software (Sony Vegas) to do this. Tools, Talent, Training! I am learning how to use Vegas to edit the videos and burn them to DVD for viewing.
As I am well underway on compiling the old collection of raw video and one new, I am considering this goal complete!
We have planted tomatoes, mint, beans, herbs, and a few other veggies. There is still a bit more to go, but we offically have a garden!
Drove from LB to Cambria / San Simeon for anniversary weekend – About 5 hours. Visited Hearst Castle, beach, Paso Robles.
I’d say, all in all, that I am pretty happy with life so far and look forward to all that lies ahead.
“Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.” – Andy Dufresne
Finally got around to watching the DVD this weekend. Recently I learned what the word zeitgeist means (on this website as a matter of fact). The gradute seems to capture the zeitgeist *(time and spirit) of a generation.
I rode my mountain bike 7 miles today (down the coast of Laguna Beach to Dana Point and feel great! I’m going to try and ride every Saturday morning.
Watch the movie, break down the dramtic structure, and most importantly be entertained.
There are so many books that I want to read and so little time! I found this website that sends books in installments via e-mail or RSS feed for free. It’s pretty good for the classics.
I’ve also been spending more time at my local library, currently I’m reading Time and Again.
Next I would like to read The Last Lecture, by Randy Pausch. I think it is safe to say that I am reading more books!!!
Started taking a screenwriting class again. This time at the intermediate level. I’ve got about 3/4 of my second script written.
Enjoyed the class and am looking forward to finishing this screenplay by the end of this month (March 2008).
My greatest dream is simply to live, not merely exist. I do not want to spend my limited time alive wondering, but doing.

As a child, I dreamed of being a pilot, traveling the world, and improving my situation in life. I’m proud to say that through the help of many amazing people, I’ve achieved those dreams and then some.
So what do I do with the rest of my time here? Find new dreams, of course.
I want to inspire my son to live a full life, build a strong marriage with my wife, and figure out how to work a PHD into my schedule.
My Nikon D70 has been getting a bit more use and I finally got around to creating a flickr account and have been taking more pictures lately.
Thanks Bob.
I’d like to visit the friends I have in Alaska and see the aurora borealis while there.
Having 42 things to do is actually helping my journaling quite a bit, so I guess I’ll mark this one as done.
