I now workout five times a week for an hour at a stretch. I can walk four miles in and hour and I am doing a lot of strength training with some weight lifting too. I have lost 25lbs and I feel fabulous!!! It’s hard work, but I found when I started out slowly it was WORTH it!

Soooo good for you!!!! My favorite lunch has become salmon bento with brown rice and steamed veggies!

This was one of the most exciting, brave, self enhancing things I’ve ever done. I had so many adventures and met so many wonderful people from all over the world. Never once did I feel alone. I will definitely be doing this again!
