I started my own list of happy things about 15 years ago when I was in therapy trying to overcome a traumatic childhood. It took a while, but eventually it became a habit to focus on those things that made me happy. It feels good to have a bounce in my step and to allow my hearty laugh to erupt without stifling it.
Kudos to all who are focussing on this goal! It will change your perspective tremendously.
This will give me deadlines and force me to put my thoughts on paper. I can’t wait!
