How I did it: my sister bought me a tatoo for my birthday. i wanted a butterfly on my left wrist. i found the image i wanted and got it done.i've had it for 12 years. eventually i'd like to get it re-coloured and changed a little. i have a friend who is an amazing tatoo artist and one day i'll book an appointment with her to do that. How I did it: i have a unique approach to interior design.i started by really thinking about my lifestyle and how i wanted my home to work, what kinds of things i wanted to do and how i wanted to set up the space. then i drew out a floorplan of my house on a big sheet of paper and labeled each room. not to scale or technically perfect or anything, just a drawing. i love affirmations. i chose an affirmation for each room as t… Read how I did it…

this weekend i am photographing my sketchbooks and journals that i use in my workshops and putting everything together into pdfs for the participants.
exciting and a little nerve wracking.
i bought some new rainboots (snow is starting to melt, it’s going to be wet for a while) and some amazing insoles that are comfy and energizing.
i transferred my things from my awkward-to-carry-but-good-for-driving purse into my over-the-shoulder-comfy-to-carry bag. not sure if my lunch will fit in there, but i can buy stuff at the grocery store by work instead of carrying it if it doesn’t fit.
looking forward to starting this monday morning!
