Compared to some of my other goals, this should be easy. In the past, I took vitamins (and prescriptions) daily. Last week I filled up a 7 day pill container and took the vitamins 4 of 7 days. I’m going to try this again – I’ll fill up the pill container again and make sure it will be empty next week.

Today I tried to deal with all the worn out, old or unused clothes that are in the garage. I failed miserably and just looked at them, could not decide what to do and put them back in the bags they were in. To silence the negative self talk I made myself throw away one stained top and a couple raggedy socks. Probably should just throw the entire bag out without “sorting” it.
This was a goal I didn’t really try to achieve. I just started eating healthy and naturally cut back on sugar since by definition lots of sugar is NOT healthy.
