right time for write time 13 months ago

starting this one tomorrow. I think noon is my good write time—i’m free from class everyday, and my brain is teeming with ideas.

Fitness or finesse? 13 months ago

Since I hit puberty I’ve had a crazy relationship with my body—though others often tell me that it’s a pretty decent/solid body with little wrong with it, I see it crazy different. So my goal with working out is to get a) happier with what is, b) better at recognizing what is, and c) a healthier version.

So I’m going to lift weights 3 times a week, for an hour a day, and do cardio 6 times a week.
