I may just have to renew my vows on some tropical island. I love the idea of an all inclusive resort where basically a cast of experience wedding planners are at your fingertips. The best part of all is that it is all included in the package which can range from modest to extravagant. A beautiful setting, romantic furnishings and decorations and food and music to complete the picture, perfect just add groom.

It seems that the wedding industry and brides for that matter have gone over the top. I can safely say this as I have been working with brides since 2004. Just turn on your t.v. and what do you see? Bridezillas and Yes to the dress where brides are spending huge amounts of money on their weddings. I do believe in a dream wedding day but I also know you can make it totally fabulous for a reasonable amount of money. I also know that the fact that you are a bride does not give you a mean pass for the time you are planning. I want to help brides plan affordable, stress free, beautiful weddings on a budget, and then we can all stay nice in the process.

I want to watch my spending more closely and save enough that I don’t have to chose which bills to pay.
