Well, 10 days from when Gabriel was born, and I’m over 25 lbs down so far. Only 25 left to go…and then maybe a few more after that ;)

How I did it: I met the love of my life, and within 2 months I knew that we would be together for the rest of our lives. I sacrificed more than I ever imagined I could, and waited longer than I had ever planned, but it was worth it. I am so happy to have such a wonderful husband! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I was uncomfortable for about 9 months...then REALLY uncomfortable for about 20 hours...and then he was here! He was born without any interventions. I was not induced, and I received no drugs during labor. Having a good support team there was the most important thing. Without Walter and my wonderful doula I would not have had such an amazing birthing experience. Now I am on to the wonderful journey of parenthood! Read how I did it…
Ok, so I haven’t even had my baby yet, but this is something that I really do think about a lot.
I still don’t know how much I will end up gaining, since I still have about 10 weeks left in my pregnancy. But, what I do know is that I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
And I don’t me the pre-pregnancy weight right before I got pregnant, because I had gained a few pounds when I moved back to CA. I mean the pre-pregnancy weight that I was when we were still in Boston. My initial goal will be to get back down to 130 lbs. I would like to lose a few more pounds than that, but keeping the weight off is most important. I’m planning on breast feeding, so that will hopefully give me a good kick-start.
I thank God every day that Walter loves me at any weight. He’s made it very clear that he will never put pressure on me weight-wise, which is really nice. I love him so much for being so wonderful.
But I need to do this for me.
Well, I found out end of last month that I’m pregnant!
I’m really happy about it. After the initial shock I’m super excited.
Baby is due in mid-November, and I can’t wait!
(the morning sickness goes a long way for being anxious, lol)
