Untitled

Fooling around at work last week, we made a pull-up bar out of some large-ish pipe. (Okay, we were making something else, but it was pretty much a standalone pull-up thing.) I can do five pull-ups – significantly higher than the two I’d been able to do last time I tried. Weight training seems to be helping! Success!
