One day, I decided that I wanted very much to learn to knit. I talked about it for a few weeks, then came across this cheap little kit meant to teach kids to knit and messed around with that for a couple weeks. More than two years have passed now, and not only is knitting a big part of my life – I even took a job in a yarn store! I started a Stitch n’ Bitch which has been a wonderful experience. Knitting is great and gives me a real sense of satisfaction and peace, but I am also so grateful for the wonderful community of knitters I have come to know. Go knitting!
