hey i’m new here. i want to get down to a 23 inch waist. i figure i’ve have to weigh about 100 pounds. 30 to lose. yay! i’m bouncing between fasting and throwing up right now. i want to start a 10 day fast soon. let me know if anyone else wants to do this. i could really use a fasting buddy.

hey! i want to weigh 105 pounds. for me that means i need to lose 33 pounds. i would like to reach my goal by April 20th. i think that sounds highly reasonable. i’m not a very patient person, but i’ve tried all that lose weight fast crap. starving myself never works because i end up binging sooner or later. and i HATE binging. so i guess i’m just going to have to be more patient because nothing else has worked.
i did it! it wasn’t too hard, but i wouldn’t have been able to say that yesterday. i’ll eat tomorrow though. i start cross coutry practice monday, so it would probably be stupid to keep doing this. i could pass out. it’s easier if you think of the child that dies of starvation every 9 seconds. if you have a heart, you’ll start to question what gives you the right to eat when these innocent little children that could be in your place are starving to death. they would never abuse the prevelage of eating like you have. i’m glad i did this. after cross country, i’ll work on 5 days. that’s my ultimate goal. i want to do it twice, maybe three times. i haven’t decided yet. i’ve done that before, but for the wrong reasons. now it’s for good reasons and i refuse to weigh myself while fasting.
