I dream a lot. I also lucid dream a lot, so I never really thought to bother recording my dreams. However, lately I’ve had a lot of reoccurring symbols and last night, I had a dream in which a concrete date was presented to me…granted, it was presented as being next year, when in reality next year is not 2013, but it struck me as very interesting, so I have decided to record it, and hopefully get into the habit of recording my dreams.

How I did it: Well, first off, I knew to allow myself a range. Yes, the goal states "120," but being fixiated on one number isn't realistic. The body naturally sheds and gains a few pounds as needed. So I aimed to keep my weight within that 120-126 range, the range in which I normally fall when I am feeling my best and most fit. Also, make sure that the weight you want to be is healthy and realistic for your frame and height and… Read how I did it…
Well…I didn’t get any closer to accomplishing anything in October…
-begin my assignments right away and not procrastinate and save them for the last minute (because this would make things a LOT easier)
-minimize my belongings (on-going challenge)
-save more money (on-going, and going well as of now)
-tone my body (I work on it, then I don’t. Then I do. I need consistency!)
-floss daily (I was doing SO well, then I missed a few days and got lazy…)
-reorganize my wardrobe; find a style in the process thereof (at least get the first part completed…?)
-increase my flexibility
-set aside a block of time each month to work on my sewing / sew more / learn to embroider (these can all kinda get lumped together)
-read more classic literature
-have a daily routine (Because if I had one, it would involve a work out to help with toning my body and increasing flexibility, and flossing once a day would happen, too, and then I’d even have a set time to do my assignments and thus help reduce procrastination…but this just doesn’t seem to happen, as my schedule for each day differs…)
ten is a lot…but let’s see if I actually get any of them done…
yeah…I am trying, but this really isn’t happening :\
