lots of experienced india travelers there.
and yes it is a fascinating ‘country’ not so much a country – 20 countries (different languages and peoples)! read a history of india before doing there too and some literature, it will help you to get a grip – but as others have said, its the most colorful place on earth….but also the poverty is mind-numbing…
