To all the replies I got on the last thing I wrote.
I decided to write down what makes me anxious.
I don’t know where this leaves me or what it will do, but here it is.
These are the general things that usually make me anxious, sometimes it can just come on for no reason without one of these but basically this is it.

3)The possibility I messed up a relationship
4)Thinking about the things in the past that aren’t here anymore
5)Ending-things being finished
6)New things, beginings, things starting
7)Being rejected
8)Waiting
9)Being in situations where people are examining you.
10)The possibility of disappointing people
11)Interacting with adults

I’ve been melting away in this anxiety.
Melting.
I can’t control it anymore.
I feel so discouraged.
