How I did it: I went on the internet and looked up a video tutorial on how to change the oil for a car. I have the proper tools in my car seeing as my father is somewhat of a Gear Head. I grabbed the essentials, propped my car up, and did it. I did, however, manage to wound my finger and get oil in it. It's healed up very nicely, though. Read how I did it…

so proud of myself!

How I did it: My friend Michelle took me to a knitting store. We sat down and chilled out all day. I totally rejected it at first because every time I tried I failed miserably (which I'm not used to doing). After a long walk, a bit of writing, some sketching, and much cooling off, I gave it another go. Voila! I was knitting before I even knew what I was doing. On the way home, she taught me how to perl! "...so many art supplies that it isn't even funny." 1 month ago

I’ve donated a lot since the last entry was written, and I still haven’t eased the clutter.
I have made a rule with clothing:
When bringing a shirt into my possession, I must donate three.

The same should go with all the other things in my room. Except books. I loves my books.

I need to get something to organize my media like CDs and DVDs. That’s just ugly. I also need to donate my old sewing machine. It’s still good… even though it starts smoking after a half hour of usage. I should write a note and include it in there:
“Perfectly good sewing machine. Just don’t use it any longer than a half hour under any circumstances if you know what’s good for you!”

Oh! What a cute run-on sentence!

In other news, I’ve seemed to collected so many art supplies that it isn’t even funny. I have paints, brushes, turpentine, buttons, canvases, papers, pencils, ribbons, glues, odds, ends, nonsenses, whatnots… all of which I use but have no place for :(

It’s gotta be way cheaper than going out and having it done by a mechanic… Plus, I noticed that every time I take my car out to a car shop it comes back working like shit.
