Speed is the issue.
Long runs ez. being a nomad is kickin in, Heat and Distance don’t matter:-)
Will add interval training on the treadmill. It should be inclined started with 1 : 1
work towards a sustained 2 KM at max speed. sub 10 min / 2KM goal One month of training!!!
