Still easing back into this – taking longer this time then I remember last time – but then again it is easy to forget just how long it took to get started the last time when it was almost three years ago. I just bought and started reading a book called ChiRunning by Danny Dreyer and it looks good so far – I think this will really help me!

I’ve been reading regularly again for a while now… some good books as well as magazines and technical articles. I’m going to leave it in the list because I don’t want to forget to keep it up but I consider this one accomplished!



strength train 2x a week

I recently re-discovered Gilad on FitTV. Haven’t done any of his strength/resistance training since early last year and I forgot how much they can kick me in the butt – literally! Finally did one this morning and have had a twinge in my upper right thigh muscle all day. Must keep with this!
