How I did it
How I did it: There is a myth that you cannot be employed and be self-employed at the same time. Technically you can.I am following Robert Kiyosaki's Quadrants. So far, I have filled in Employed (I work for an NGO), Self-Employed (I sell my writings and I act - I used to do it for free) and Investor (I have a bit of stock in the market). I doubt I'll ever be a business owner anytime soon because I need to manage my temper first. Read how I did it…

Currently am buying the house I currently live in with my siblings as an investment.
It’s good to know that I can commit some of my cash in something more solid.
Only downside is if I want to sell the property, I have to get their agreement.
