How I did it: I quit it cold turkey. Realized that smoking had decreased my stamina, memory, heart fitness and stuff. And i was a hardcore smoker (3-4 packs a day). It was slowly draining my finances also. It had to stop. I couldn't just watch my life slip away. I'm glad I did it. Read how I did it…

Have watched 5 sunrises so far… 95 left… will post again when i reach 10.
Ok. This is onething that is getting on my nerves. Done some homework. I was trying to getup by 5.00 am in the morning. Though its possible… i’m sleeping by 2, so its almost impossible. I’ll be sleeping early from now on, apart from that, checked the sunrise time, its around 6.30 am so will try to get up by 6.00 in the morning.
