I swapped numbers and lots and lots of details about outlooks and processess of thought with a new friend yesterday. We were introduced by my roommate Cstine, and it seems like this will be the begining of a bee-utiful friendship.
We’re already sort of maybe possibly planning a trip to seattle in december. :)
And I’m psyched about the meditation/buddhist group he hosts at his house. :)

How I did it: I took notes, and did the things that i was taking notes on, and revised the notes after doing the things and finding out what worked for me. Next, i took those notes home and sat on my butt and went over them with bright colours, diagrams and 'hint' boxes, picking out the important tidbits and annotating the steps of each process just after having learned/practiced it so that i could remember how to do stuff when i was out in the world a… Read how I did it…
How I did it: magically let life tell me what i should like to try as a career... and then buckled down and did my research and went to school.. which required me to traverse the country which was well... one more experience that led me to this life that i'm starting to love Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1-I paid off my previous student loans, and got up my gumption to visit the school and see if it would be as awesome as i expected. 2-I applied, booked my flights, got a student visa, closed out my apartment and tried to relax and enjoy the ride.3-I busted my ass, made friends and frienemies, asked lots of questions and did my best to take it all in.4-I met as many people in the industry as i could, got over my shyness and strolled … Read how I did it…

I can handle when its cold outside… Its supposed to be cold outside.
I detest poorly insulated and otherwise ickly cold indoor spaces. I am not a fan of wearing sweaters OR Socks inside, so thermal underwear and layers indoors makes my head hurt.
I lived for a few years in a place that was like living inside a concrete cellar, it was FREEZING in the winter there, and i remember distinctly many an afternoon spent with the intention of studying and instead just being caught in the loop of thinking how cold and miserable everything was… it was indeed cold and miserable. I wore snowpants indoors frequently that year.
I work in a place that is often cold.
its unnecessary and i think as the seasons change if it doesn’t start feeling more humane in there, i will ask that something be done. Maybe all we need is another heater and a big ceiling fan that can be reversed to send warm air down at us… :?
I just bought a heater for our apartment because i keep winding up in a huddle underneath my blankets whenever i am home and eating dinner in bed is unhealthy at best.
besides, i want to enjoy the limited space that i have. :)
Hooray heat!
I want to move in and live backstage so i can always be around the thinkers, the excitement, the drama, the friends that i am so apt to make there…
I have always had this feeling about theatres, i realize now. I wonder what that means for me…
I guess the upside to this dislike is that they like it when i’m there, and its only a block from my house. :)
