How I did it: I started from a history of road and park running - mainly around London. When I was much younger I used to do quite a lot of hill walking but in retrospect I should have a lot more mountain training - fell running etc etc. We set off really well but after four hours my calves were twanging like a banjo and the idea of running the descents was not even an option. How I did it: Scanning four in at a time and then using infranview to automatically crop then saved quite a lot of time.Infranview is free so nobody has any excuse - it is most theraputic to have the all on the computer. Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1. Don't shave2. Trim with a beard trimmer3. Don't shave4. Think about using hair conditioner on the beard (it makes it softer)5. Get used to being able to see something on your face.6. Use the beard to hide things7.
