First week troubles

My guy and I started 6 days ago. After the first few days shock of a butt load of meat and cheese, we got moderately used to it. BUT we cheated twice. Once we ate Taco Bell (my only cheat was the tortia shell) and today a BAG of Resien chocolates (9% carbs for 5 pieces). Had a bad day, craved chocolate, couldn’t be helped…. But really my question is, for those who have already been through the first 2 weeks, if you cheat a few times, does it matter? Do you have to start over? How does it affect things?
