How I did it: Bleaching my hair was the scariest part. I bought the Manic Panic bleaching kit at Sally's and followed the directions. After making sure all of the bleach was out, I dried my hair and applied Special Effects Wildflower dye. The bottle says to only leave it on for maybe 30 minutes, but the longer it stays in, the better. I've personally never noticed a difference when adding heat, but everyone's hair is different and it probably wouldn't hurt. Read how I did it…
