I went to Spain alone for three and a half weeks. It was the second time I’d been there, but I only knew one of the cities I was in. I’m a college-aged girl and everyone I met in Madrid thought I was crazy! It’s hard and sometimes it’s scary, but it changes you… I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been to Spain twice – the first time, when I studied for a month in Seville a few years ago. Then I went back this Spring for Semana Santa in Seville, stayed for 2 and a half weeks, and spent another week in Madrid. It was so worth it! Spain is incredible, and the European way of life is something you have to experience for yourself.
