In spite of the derailment of my entire schedule today by unexpected events, I finally got around to my first Couch-to-5k workout by 9:30 pm. I was so excited that I found myself wanting to hurry the walking sections so I could get on to the running! I guess it makes all the difference to have a community of people to go to afterwards and say, “I did it!”
