So, I made it trough holidays with no weight-gain, and infact weigh about 2lbs less than I did mid-december. This rocks.
On the negative side, my BMI is still at 31.2 making me officially obese, I need to go down 8 lbs to be no-longer-obese-but-still overweight, and 34 lbs to be within the bounds of normal-weight.
Currently I’m aiming for 1 lbs/week, so this will take time, but atleast I’d like to be non-obese before easter.
