I guess this is in the same whole save the world train of thought, and perhaps it is a bit cheesy or cliché to have this kind of goal, but I still had to put it up here because it is an important one. I don’t think it is very realistic to try and save the world and all the problems in it and nor should one person take this on. I do think that we can be better people and start to do small things on a daily basis that make a difference. This can mean being a better listener to our friends, helping out a stressed co-worker, recycling more or volunteering once a week with a local charity. It can be much more than this too. It is remarkable the impact you will make if you do even the smallest things and the personal rewards even greater.

long time dream to be a guitar player

This is one of those things that is not about being a rock star. It would just be nice to be the person that is able to pull out the guitar when my friends and I are sitting around the camp fire and sing old tunes that we all know the words to.

I will complete my Master’s degree in about one month and while its scary to think about how much I need to accomplish in that time to do it, I am so very looking forward to the end.
